Unprofessional, Careless and Untrustworthy!!! On Friday, Mar 25, I contacted Johnathan Baldauf via email and specifically mentioned I received a speeding ticket in Twin Falls. I even sent him a copy of the ticket. After providing him with all the information he needed, on Wednesday Mar 30, he finally said "he has everything he needs" and now 6 days later late in the afternoon, exactly the day the court/hearing was scheduled in the morning, he emailed me saying "he doesn't have the time to handle something like this in Twin Falls". Totally, ruined my chance to be able to defend my case. How cruel.

I used jonathan for a case in 2018. It was handled extremely poorly to the point where I was doing all of the talking to the prosecutor and judge while he sat there silent. Didn't say a word. Than after says "that went well" no. It didn't. Now almost 4 years later I get a call from him saying I have another hearing and that he was unaware of it until today. He now will not return calls. Unprofessional and lackadaisical to the fullest degree. I've seen other reviews with similar stories. They will not fight for you.

Johnathan and Andrew have assisted us in several complicated matters through the years and have always exceeded expectations.

I wanted to take the time to share my experience with Johnathan. I was a mom in an domestic violence situation scared and having no idea what to do. Johnathan went above and beyond in helping me. From meeting me in a neighborhood after my ex somehow found me to check and see if I had a tracking device under my car to the countless times we have had to meet and figure out what we should do next in my case. He is up front and honest and if he doesn’t feel like you have enough to make a case he will not waste your time or money. Sure court doesn’t go the way we would like but he does try his hardest for the people who hire him which means a lot. Especially for a single mom lost and not knowing what to do.

Hired Johnathon for a family law case as the initial consultation seemed to have gone well. However, his advice, filings in the court and results quickly started to go against me. Thankfully I switched to another lawyer before his unprofessional service could do any more damage. I did lose out on a lot of time and money which can never be recovered. I recommend anyone planning to hire him to also go through this reviewer's experience, just like I did. I had a very similar experience, only difference is that I switched away from him in time. "Things started off ok, but it quickly unraveled and I just cannot believe the outcome. There are a lot of dynamics in my case that I cannot blame on Jonathan, but I just do not feel like I was well represented. I went from a 50/50 joint physical agreement and no child support to ZERO custody and paying nearly $800/mo in child support and health insurance. I'm not a criminal or abusive. I'm a respected member of the professional community. Granted, my ex wife is a complete scumbag, but this is so not fair, and I don't think Jonathan fought that hard for me. My case went right up to the 11th hour of trial. No one wants to go to trial, but I settled (in part) because I was so unconfident in how he'd handle it." I do not want anyone else's life to be damaged because of the unprofessional and uncaring attitude. Only Pros was his regular communication. Definitely not recommended.
