I called the office to speak with Barbara about a case that I already had someone working on. I tried telling her about why i was looking for a change of attorney, and the entire two minutes we were on the phone call she 1. Cut me off several times. 2. Huffed and puffed like she didn't want to hear what I had to say. 3. Once I finally finished my one statement she says "Well it's $xxx for me to look into your case. Can you pay that?" I said No, and hung up. Not because I can't pay it....but really....

Barbara is one of the most condescending individuals I have ever met in my life. Not only is she rude; she acts as if you're wasting her time, she talks over you, and has goodie-two-shoe connections with local property ownership organizations, siding with landlords, despite her paid services through Hyatt Legal. Avoid all services with this unprofessional, at all costs.nnEDIT: She reports these reviews to other branches sunder Hyatt Legal and denies representation for other lawyers if you leave her a negative review. This is a very dirty and unprofessional business tactic.

I was appalled at how she spoke to me and how rude she was on the telephone. What kind of lawyer answers the phone on the first ring and then tells you her scheduler will call you to set an appointment. NONE! She raised her voice and was condescending. I would have given her zero stars if that was an option. Hyatt legal services needs to seriously look at who represents for their benefits!
