VLS provide a valuable service to the community in Rochester and I've had nothing but positive experiences with them and I'm eternally grateful for all of the help they've given me with my legal / transition issues.

I went there for help and the sectary an older white female was very rude to me !!!!!! I was seeking help with an income execution she loudly talk to me so the other people can here why I was there, then said they couldn't help me. I left embarrassed by the whole encounter!!!!!!!!!!!!!
