My husband and I met with Eric last August regarding our Living Trust and Wills. I emailed Eric shortly after our meeting and never received a response. After several months past without any communication from Eric, I emailed Tiff regarding the status of our Trust, Tiff informed me, she would get back to me shortly. That was over a month ago, I never heard back from Tiff. I expect a certain level of professionalism from a law practice. My husband and I wonder perhaps our estate might have been less cookie cutter, and more complex, perhaps our estate might have required some effort on Eric's part. We are presently clients with another firm who do not treat their clients with benign neglect.
