Atty. Mark Scudder at B & Thornburg at their northern Indiana location, along with his client's (Lawrence Township School's Karen Niemeier) completely violated my children's rights to Special Education Services (Due Process proceedings) are trying to use their positions to keep a child from learning. They all thought because their parent did not have an Attorney, that they could RAILROAD a children from their Special Education Services. This is the 3rd time I've had to file complaints on the school for failing to provide services to just 1 of my boy's coming from the school district. If you HAVE CHILDREN THAT ATTEND LAWRENCE TOWNSHIP SCHOOL'S & RECEIVE SPECIAL EDUCATION SERVICES, CHECK ON YOUR CHILDREN'S SERVICES, ESPECIALLY IF THEIR AFRICAN-AMERICAN. THIS ATTORNEY NEEDS TO BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR HIS ACTIONS, THIS ATTORNEY SHOULD NOT HAVE A BAR LICENSE TO FURTHER ABUSE HIS POSITION AS A PUBLIC SERVANT TO HELP SUCH AS THE SCHOOL HE REPRESENTS TO CONTINUE TO VIOLATE THE STATE & FEDERAL LAWS AND FOLKS CHILDREN'S RIGHTS TO A FAIR DUE PROCESS.

I won a case and transferred to this firm to collect. After a year and about $20k in Bill's I have not seen .01! This firm cost me a tone of money and then wanted more. Example: was told 5k to file paperwork to repossess a home...got charged 7k....then got an email asking for possibly another 7k to finish the job! I'm more than upset! But I'm done! They made thier last cent off me! I'll pay my last bill. Hire someone else! Update: a month later I'm still getting emails from this law firm. And I just received another bill for over 2k. A month after I fired these crooks they are still charging me. They want money they did not earn...but they failed to do the job they double charged me for!

Hired Barnes & Thornburg for a property variance. The communication and preparation was second to none. Our attorney Joe Calderon was great to work with and our line of communication was always open. We will definitely return again whenever we purchase a property.

Hard to top these guys. Solid advice every time.

Excellent conference rooms upstairs, been there for Venture Club meeting and enjoyed the experience and Catering.
