Barnett Law Firm is very unprofessional. My fiance and I payed them a garnishment in full of 2800 dollars. Then the firm wants to come back 4-5 months later and set a brand new garnishment on my fiance for an amount of 96 dollars due to a mistake that was made on their paperwork. Very unprofessional and I advise nobody to use this service or you may occur hidden fees or other penalties that may catch up with you later long after your service is done. Now we have a new garnishment on our record for something that was settled months ago. I will be contacting the Attorney General and the BBB. Thank You.

In 2014 I was referred Mr. Esquibel from a friend to represent me in my case in Santa Fe. I was worried and unsure of how to proceed. From the instant Diego introduced himself to me I felt assured. He was friendly, assuring, and honest about the journey we were about to embark on. Living in Texas through a wrench in the mix making it hard to travel back and forth for court dates, no problem for Mr. Esquibel and his team. Arriving for my court date my state of mind was set on getting a plea deal. Not the case for Mr. Esquibel and his team. He sat me down in the office to calm my nerves and go over the plan for our case. I was blown away with the defense they built for me. Within minutes of walking into his office that morning I was 100% reassured I was in good hands. During the trial I was amazed with the defense Mr. Esquibel presented to the judge. It took about 30 minutes in all for the judge to dismiss my case with out prejudice. We walked out side and shook hand and he told me to call him I ever needed anything else. Not thinking I would ever have to cash that in. 6 years later I am trying to retrieve the pistol that is in police evidence and the officer asked for proof the case was dropped and the weapon should be released to me. Within the hour of calling his office Mr. Esuibel called me and told me the plan. 6 years and and hour and a half after meeting Diego he still dropped what he was doing to get my gun back.
