At first I had a consultation with Ross who answered all my questions and assured me I would be able to file chapter 7. After the initial consultation Derek Shaw took over. I probably drove Derek crazy with all my questions and concerns. Not once did he appear to be bothered by any of my requests. Derek was extremely professional and re assured me chapter 7 was doable even though I had a ton of credit card debt.
