This review is long overdue because I have had the privilege of working with James Tyack for almost 20 years. When I initially needed an attorney, I was very concerned with choosing someone who is ethical and trustworthy. My attorney would be my face and voice in every legal matter, and I wanted someone who would be respected while still fighting for me. I interviewed several attorneys in the Columbus area. After meeting with Jamie, I immediately knew that he was the right person to represent me. Jamie has wonderful communication skills and has always been accessible. He has outstanding legal skills and expertise. Jamie is a critical thinker with strong attention to detail, and is client-centered. I always feel like the most important person in the world when I speak with Jamie. Over the years I have needed Jamie’s assistance several times. He has never disappointed me. He is truly an amazing lawyer who always takes the time to talk to me and help me resolve issues. In fact, Jamie has represented me three times over the years, and he has won every case. Although this may sound a little silly, I love the “lawyerly presence” that Jamie exudes. His outstanding legal skills are coupled with his professionalism. I’m always proud to say that he represents me, and I would never consider using any other attorney. Recently I referred an elderly friend to Jamie, and he represented her in a civil matter. Jamie always took the time to speak with her and put her mind at ease. She won her case because of Jamie’s expertise, and now both she and her sister say they won’t consider hiring any other attorney than Jamie. The entire Tyack Law Firm is outstanding. The firm is large enough to serve every need while still being small enough to ensure personal attention. Everyone who works there is a professional and a pleasure to work with. The Tyack Law Firm is fantastic. Jamie represented me in a traffic accident case where we had to sue my insurance company. He was extremely thorough in explaining the process, helped me through my pre-deposition jitters, and got us the full amount. first time in an unfortunate situation and was glad I chose Tyack Lawfirm. My girlfriend was wrapped up as well in my charges and had to seek other counsel. When trying to find an attorney for her I mentioned my counsel and everyone seemed to act as though I got the Porsche of lawyers when I mentioned Jon as my lawyer. Jon was affordable(not the cheapest but definitely not the most expensive) and trust me Ive called about everyone in town. Im happy I went with Jon and his firm. Holly Cline initially took on my civil defense case. She did an amazing job at keeping me inform and answering all my questions. Extremely attentive. After Holly found a better opportunity, Jon took over in a smooth transition, honored Holly's rate, and proceeded the case to finish.
