The only reason it isn't 1 star is because they historically have good communication. The reason it isn't 5 star is twofold... I've just discovered after years of dealing with a wage related class action at Harry and David, filling out forms and questionnaires, emailing and responding and stressing FOR YEARS I'm apparently only eligible for $102. On top of that, their associates RG/2 who are apparently responsible for cutting the check are giving me the run around. I spent way more time and energy on this than $102 was worth so I'm upset that the payout was so low but the participation requirements were so high that I'm not even making minimum wage off this (other companies like Les Schwab had to pay thousands to employees when they pulled a similar stunt, why wasn't there more transparency here? If I had known I'd spend dozens of hours of the course of 4 years for a measly $102 and no real punishment or accountability for Harry & David then I wouldn't have bothered participating in this sham at all. The fact that I can't even get the $102 makes this feel like a giant slap in the face.

I don’t feel like my file was reviewed until I called inquiring about it just to get rejected. Had I not called I’d still be waiting on a rejection response. Don’t waste your time!

Disappointing. People were so nice but for the price, I would rather go to Wendy's.
