Hiring Hal Barrow as a lawyer is like getting legal service from a middle school guidance counselor while paying a Nigerian prince. You will end up paying thousands without so much as an attorney's letter out. He cherry picks what to respond to (and what to ignore), and mostly just wants to play useless guidance counselor rather than actually give any *legal* advise. That's how he drags things out into more billable hours. I've had MUCH better experience with another local law firm, both in responsiveness and competence. It was delightful to discover this isn't the norm. It is well below average.

Mr. Barrow is a dishonest lawyer who tries to extort money from you without a reasonable cause. I would avoid at all costs.

Please save yourself time and aggravation and stay away from these thieves, we have called 10 times and left messages over a lousy 175.00 dispute, Never a callback or email, If your a tenant or Landlord buyer beware.If I could give 0 stars I would do that.

Milks the association for money. Doesn't even reading the basic bylaws and CC&Rs despite billing for it first thing.
