I have been to so many pain management specialists in the past few years, I almost lost hope. After my first visit with Dr. Barry I knew he was the right Doctor for me. He took the time to listen to me, he never made me feel like he was in a rush and trying to get me out of there in a hurry. After receiving my first injection I feel wonderful. I won't go to another doctor again, thank you Dr. Barry.

My mom had sudden swelling of her knee and I’m horrible pain. She went to her medical dr and they ordered X-rays and an mri of her back (odd we know) and never called us back for a treatment plan. My brother sees Dr Sturm so he helped us get in to him quickly. He ordered an mri of her knee same day, seen us back 2 days later with a plan. Gave her some pain meds that actually helped and had us see an orthopedic surgeon. I was beyond impressed with his compassion for my mom and wasn’t wanting to just drug her up. He took the time and steps to find out the root of the problem. 1 week later and she is so much better!

I worked with and was a patient of Dr. Sturm. He is a compassionate, caring doctor. I am looking into having the MILD procedure he was talking about when he left Rockford Illinois. I now live in Pueblo,Colorado and am considering traveling to him to have him do it. I trust his judgment and his professional approach to treating pain patients. He makes you feel so comfortable explaining every move he makes, in turn making you relax and help the procedure go well.I had the pleasure of also seeing his wife at the Immediate care in Rockford and she was just as compassionate, and care.

I have been a patient of Dr. Sturms for about 3 years. Dr Sturm is the best at what he does. When I first started to see him in 2015. I felt very relax. He took the time to show me what my MRI'S revealed and how he wanted to help me. He did and with in the first visit. I have slot of other chronic issues going on. I know there was or is no other doctor that does his job as great as Dr. Sturm. Thanks to him I have my life back.
