Carol just finished my divorce case yesterday and she took good care of me! It was a difficult case and she worked tirelessly on strategies to help me win. My main goal was to keep my home and she made it happen. She always promptly responded to me and calmed me when I got worried. I have also made a new friend. Carol is a tiger and she will fight for you!

The only reason this review is getting a star is because its impossible to give zero. My experience was absolutely TERRIBLE. She was so sweet and helpful at first. Once she gets the retainer fee she completely changes. She ignores your emails, responds to you like you are beneath her. She even told me she didn't bring her magic wand to work and it's not fast food service just from me asking questions. This was our FIRST step parent adoption and we had no idea what we were getting into. I understand billing clients for the work you do however a simple question is crazy. Her paralegal/assistant never has a clue what is going on. They sent me the adoption papers and I had to proofread them myself and let them know of MULTIPLE errors before they finally got it right. I 10 out of 10 would not recommend using her for any services you need done.

Ms. Baskin and her staff are absolutely FABULOUS!!! In the years I have been dealing with my son's custody case, she is the first of many attorneys to bring me comfort and confidence. I felt at peace immediately after I left her office for the initial consultation. She is incredibly skilled, strategic, detailed, passionate and her intelligence is unworldly. Her paralegal, Pedro, is also extremely informative, knowledgeable and diligent. I truly admire Ms. Baskin and her work, and appreciate all that her and her staff has done, and continues to do. She is truly impacting the lives of many.

Absolutely the worst attorney I have dealt with. For 2000 she made promises that weren't even closely met. Then had the odasity to go above my retainer and has been harassing me for 500 dollars. Do not utilize her

I hired baskin for a simple modification, One of the worst things I have ever done was hire this corrupt and crooked attorney. she will take your money and then will refuse to work for you. she’s a LAIR and will over charge you, her invoices have no details so you don’t even know what you’re paying for. She made it very personal, and will work with the other side against you. She forward our private emails, When confronted with everything she had done wrong, she then Verbally attacked me and my character and tried to withdrawal from my case. luckily i was already in talks with another attorney and was able to obtain a new attorney and fire her. But I’m out all the money she’s taken from me as I still am fighting. shes allowed this case to go on for over a year. She would not file motions, she would not get discovery she did little to nothing but take my money. Please take my advice and get you a competent attorney, her staff is as bad as she is. Once my case is over I will make all documents public. JUST SAY NO!.
