"I called regarding a very delicate consultation asking for help. Spoke with assistant Pedro. I had to call him because he did not respond to my email when I asked him if he had asked the attorney. When I finally spoke to him, he basickly said the case would require too much time and money, and sense I had none or very little. It was not worth it for the attorney. When I asked if he had asked if he spoke to attorney he said was not worth the attorneys time. So not sure if lawyer even knows about my case. It was very disturbing the lack of sensitivity, considering was a case involving my children been victims of child abuse. All I needed was help so they would not be vctimised again. He lacked empathy and heart. Sad because he is the front of that office who knows if he even informed the attorney of half the calls he recieves a day. Very disappointed"

"Do not hire this law firm to do anything for you. The only thing Carol Baskin has in mind is to take your money. She overcharges and under delivers. All I can say is RUN unless you just like giving away 10's of thousands of dollars. Too many other attorneys in the area. Research, research, research."
