BAUCHN Michaels are the attorneys who represent my condominium association. They are complete, deplorable, scumbag attorneys. My association is supposed to take a vote and interview loss firms and vote on who we get Baoshan Michael’s came in through the back door through our corrupt management company, Prairie shores Management. For anyone who owns a condo you all know this is a big no-no NN in Piedmont on every owners right to vote for the potion Michaels have been a disaster since they came on board at Courtyard on the boulevard. And we are currently in housing court with the city of Chicago and have been there since 2018. Mainly, due to the fact that Baoshan, Michaels has no experience in representing a condo association and has no idea how the city of Chicago housing court works. We have about 68 violations on our building which should tell you a little something about . They were furious because I reported them to the AR DC Ms Bart investigation for their misconduct unethical practices, bordering criminals. I finally sold my condo in May 2023, because it was so deplorable and they were embezzling and stealing our money faster than they could take additional loans to do so. Upon my leaving the association, Bausch and Michael’s racked up $12,143 and frost fraudulent fines from October 2022 to April 2023. I have now got them under investigation for extortion and embezzlement misconduct malpractice and accounting of other things. Your six year old could run your association or do your legal work more effectively more efficiently and smarter than both in Michael’s don’t waste your money a good lawyer is hard to find, but you can find them
