My initial experience was okay , I found that Herbert wasn't that personable. I knew within the first few moments in meeting with him that we weren't going to use him. The simple fact that he did not introduce himself nor shook our hands, for me spoke volumes. I will say this he seems very knowledgeable about bankruptcy issues.
