Had an amazing experience here. The ER doctor was so informative, calm, and kind. The nurse was kind and had a great sense of humor. They tended to my needs very respectfully and never made me feel like I was a burden in any sort of way. Definitely recommending BSW to friends and family moving forward.
I had originally gone to BSW to get an appointment with an endocrinologist. I scheduled an appoint for January in early April. After an attempt to refill a medication my life is dependent on, I was informed that the endocrinologist I was scheduled to see in January no longer works for BSW and subsequently the medication would not be refilled. I was never notified of their abrupt resignation, or set up to find a different endocrinologist. I later found out that this endocrinologist left in August. BSW had over a month and a half to notify me of this Doctors resignation and failed to do so. This display of negligence is now only being rectified by scheduling me an appointment with another endocrinologist an hour and half away. I have no clue how long I’ll have to wait to see this doctor either. This blatant display of lacking professionalism, an inability to secure their patients proper care, and lack of genuine care for their patients is abhorrent. When I called to find a solution, a gentlemen laughed uncontrollably when I was clearly upset by the situation and confused on what prescriptions were going to be refilled. I’ve had no issues with the doctors I’ve actually met, and the nursing staff has been kind, but this logistical error made by staff is absolutely ridiculous. My life depends on these medications. I was quite literally abandoned as a patient without any reasonable notice of my doctors leaving or proper actions taken thereafter.
My son and his wife delivered their baby here. He had nothing but wonderful things to say about the nurses in L & D and the mother baby unit. Thank you for adding to their amazing experience with professional and caring service. These nurses rock!
My sister came in ER last Saturday, they say she has congestive heart failure and fatty liver, more test on liver reference cancer inconclusive, being released for rehab today. During her stay staff very slow to come take her to bathroom after giving laxatives . Spilled coffee didn't come I had to get blankets. Finally when they came in to give medicine gave new gown. Not impressed.
This facility needs to be held accountable for doctors signing medical POAs that are forged and invalid. How does Dr Jacquelyn Rose Covington pre-sign a medical form without the presence of the notary ? And allow a false agent to sign the forged document NEXT day with the notary? All parties should sign in the presence of a notary. Please train your staff on legal aspects of documents and medical incompetence
