My lawyer Mathew was great!!! And Mayra who did my negotiations was amazing!!! The amount of my bills was knocked down so low I couldn’t believe it! If you’re lucky enough to get those 2 on your team you’ll be extremely satisfied
The attorneys at BD&J are awesome they have helped me since the beginning of my case and now, my case is not over just yet, but so far I must say they have treated me like family like I was someone and they stressed to me that it was important for me to go to my medical appointments so I can get my health back , they even help me with transportation to get to the appointments they did everything for me I must say I am so very grateful to have the pleasure to have them as my attorneys I will always recommend them to anyone that find themselves in the same situation as me. I would also like to say thank you souch to Liz Ramos my case manager she has been so awesome . Well when my case is over I will write another review and let you guys know how that ended up but as of right now have a good feeling that I will not have any complaints.
The worst experience in my entire life, there is no one in their office to take responsibility!! My case manager was Ana and she didn’t help me at all, after missing the deadline to submit some documents to other insurance company they just changed my case manager!! When i asked to talk to her supervisor she simply told me if you don’t like our work you can go and find another attorney!! Support team just hung up on me and didn’t even bother to connect me to a supervisor to file my complaint, i feel trapped right now and would tell everyone to never go there
I was going through Google reviews and found this firm and I'm so happy I signed up with them. Rosa is my case manager and she treats me like family. They set up my doctors appointments from PT to head doctors to make sure I fully recover. They are very thorough in giving me the information I needed before I saw the doctors. Sean and Matthew my attorney has been very professional and he's given me his personal cell to call when I have questions. The team is awesome. I recommend this firm to anyone I know!
