The drinks are worth it at this location! Price are reasonable and so is the food. Also, the people are very welcoming. I've tried a few dishes here and I was pleased with what I ordered. I ordered the Crab club with old bay fries and it was AMAZING! My partner had the pasta and shrimp with vodka sauce. Now, this did not taste well. It was missing flavor and the shrimp were over cooked. The shrooms as an appetizer blew our minds! I'd definitely purchase that again. I will tell you to try this location out for yourself and you will not be disappointed in the drinks. Strong if you like whiskey and great prices for beers. Also heard if you purchase 400 beers at this location in a year, you get your own VIP seat at the bar.

Friendly group of regulars who are able to make newcomers feel welcome. Good happy hour and the most convenient place to grab a drink if waiting for a train at Newark Penn. Staff are friendly, but focused and proactive. Despite being busy, I never felt like I was waiting to order.

So I visit and I'm thinking it's a bar with some tables, inside and on nice days, outside; A few flat screens on and a few chalk boards filled with Beer options. OK, laid back ambience with variety of music blaring from the wall speakers, cool. I ordered a drink from the tap (mind you the waitress was very knowledgeable about all the drinks they serve) and the potato soup for starters and I was HOOKED! I tried their chicken fingers and switched up the French fries by getting Sweet potato French fries and it was amazing, the portions were big, food was hot, made to order and tasted delicious! My server was very nice, it made me take a second look around, the atmosphere is casual but it definitely works, This gem of a restaurant, behind Newark Penn Station is a place definitely worth visiting, again and again.

This place was great. I asked for a steak well done. They gave it to medium rare but I asked for it to be cooked all the way and they did it. And it was delicious as expected. The environment was great. Everybody there was very happy. There was no ignorant behavior in there. Excellent place to visit.

Very good for beach resort food. Atmosphere & service were great, food pretty good. Much better than typical boardwalk fare. I would go back again. Did have World Cup on TV so up on sport events.
