My mother was treated very kindly. The staff listened to her concerns and were very helpful in addressing these concerns. This was a wonderful experience for her and for me. Dr. Michael Lee is genuinely concerned about his patients. I saw how he interacted with other patients as well and he is consistently kind and takes time to really listen to them. We were not rushed out of his office. He made sure that my mother had all of her questions answered before we left. He researched the best and most cost-effective hearing aids for my mother. My mother can be hard to impress but she left this appointment very pleased.

I purchased hearing aides from Beltone 7 yrs ago. I was amazed, because I did not know that I was not able to hear the birds chirping when I was out side. Beltone hearing aides are one of the best you can buy. I lost one and Diane the hearing instrument specialist the replaced the lost one, so I didn't have to go on trying to hear with just one hearing aide. Several years ago, I needed a new set of hearing aides. I had to go to another hearing aide dealer because my insurance changed. From the start I was sorry I did. They were far inferior to Beltone hearing aides. The quality of sound, the setting, etc. Just were not the same. I had trouble with them losing sounds and more. The hearing specialist seem to get annoyed with me because I was constantly coming in for repairs. I decided to go back to Beltone and was very excited when I was able to hear again with no problems with the hearing aides. The many features Beltone offers you , you just can't say no to them. They are the best hearing aides money can buy. Michael Lee is now the hearing instrument specialist for Beltone. He is kind and patient with you. He always greets you with a big smile when you come into their office. He even walks you to the front door to say goodbye. He came out to my home to help me set up the device for the hearing impaired for my television when I was having problems installing it. What other hearing aide dealer would do that for a customer? The entire staff here does a wonderful job. I have worked with Michael Lee most often and he is a terrific employee. He is knowledgeable, attentive, and very effective at meeting the needs of the customer. With both my original purchase of my hearing device, and several tune-ups he has gone out of his way to provide great service. I had a wonderful experience last Thursday. I visited Beltone at Pembroke 4, Independence Blvd., Virginia Beach, VA. As I was in the waiting room for a brief time, I was able to observe the staff. I watched them help people with a smile, with enthusiasm and a willingness to attend the needs of everyone with a pleasant Ness I haven't observed since before covid. They all seemed to work well together and appeared happy with their jobs. I met Michael Lee and I was delighted. He, at once, alloyed any doubts and apprehensions I might have had by having the ability to make me relax and enjoy the experience. He was professional, courteous, patient and good-natured. He worked with me on price and my particular needs and explained everything in terms that I could understand. I met so many nice people, I wish I could remember all their names and thank them. For personal reasons, I can only remember Abbie, my first contact, and she is a jewel on the phone and in the office.. For Beltone, the product, I am very satisfied and so are my friends who say they are happy that they no longer have to shout or repeat everything to me 10 or 12 times. When I left, I realized I had been smiling the entire time, so I wast to thank everyone who made this experience so pleasant. I answered a direct mail ad.

My wife and I did a walk in, due to sound issues with both of my hearing aids. As always, the staff there were very receptive and after explaining my problem, the technician immediately started making the appropriate repairs which was made on the spot and with little wait time. I also received excellent feedback with all my questions with additional tips on proper maintenance of my hearing aids. My wife and I had a excellent service experience, especially being on a, end of the work week, Friday! Keep up the good work Belltone Crew!!
