Fred worked with my husband and I on a recent adoption. The process was not easy on us but Fred was very knowledgeable on what it would take to get the job done. He was there to explain to me every step of the way what to expect next! He answered all my questions kept in constant contact with us! I am very pleased and in the end the adoption hearing went perfectly! Would highly recommend him, and his staff are very wonderful to work with!

I absolutely agree with Andrea Gudger's review. Fred was extremely condescending, rude and went out of his way to try to make me feel worthless. He called me in the evening, as I was driving home from work, and then had the nerve to say he was "missing his dinner" because he was talking to me when it was HE who called me and we had spoke for less than 5 minutes when he said that. If he needed to eat so badly 5 minutes after he called me, he obviously shouldn't have called me at a bad time for him, acting as though I was putting him out. He also kept interrupting me and had the nerve to say I was interrupting him. I have since been told by several others that Fred is known for his terrible "bed side manner" and treats his clients terrible. He is the one losing out, as he will lose a huge amount of money by not gaining my business. I'm sure he's lost a lot of other clients when he could have benefited financially as a result. I then called another attorney the very next morning, who was kind and willing to take my case, so I called Fred and told him I would not be going with him as an attorney. He also kept interrupting as I was talking and said additional rude comments. He is an extremely mean, arrogant person.

Fred was our family lawyer for our adoption and he knew exactly how to get everything done fast and made it easy! He has a great ethic, wonderful communication, I highly recommend him for a family lawyer.

Never in my life have I met such a rude and condescending man. From witness of his derogatory treatment of clients, coupled with my own experiences, I would suggest forgoing this attorney. Competent enough, but very difficult to deal with interpersonally. Very toxic and will do everything he can to assert his dominance over you and make you feel less than and like you shouldn't even speak. Don't believe me? Give him a call.

I would strongly recommend Fred. He is professional, honest, and fair. I appreciated how upfront he was with me rather than wasting my time and money with sugar coating. He did an outstanding job of preparing me for what was to come, and when it was time, he was well prepared and represented me in a professional and respectful manner.
