This guy went above and beyond my needs for my auto accident needs. He made sure I got great treatment. Checked in with me weekly, Answered every single question straight up and to the point. He never once gave me a run around answer. His rate was fair and average. ( I've worked with other lawyers) His service was excellent, Constantly checking in with me to see how I was doing and give me case updates. He ALWAYS returned my calls and or emails in a timely manner. Which sometimes was day after day. My wife had issues with her lawyer and he gave us excellent advice on how to deal with her case and her lawyer. Heather his assistant at the time was also great. She was always respectful and never rushed me like a lot of secretary's do. I've worked with 4 different lawyers in the last 5 years and Ben Cox and his team were by far the best I have ever worked with and If I ever run into trouble again his firm will be the one I call.
