I would like to share my experience with Attorney Benjamin. I do not recommend them due to a high turnover rate. I had to submit the same documents multiple times, and just before the final hearing, she withdrew from my case, claiming I needed to pay an additional retainer despite having already paid. We previously agreed on costs up to the trial. This left me unrepresented at the trial, causing me to lose my case. With no support to attend the trial, I now have to pursue an appeal. I am disappointed by her handling of the situation.

Attorney Benjamin is very informative and transparent. She presented me with all of my options so that I could determine what was in the best interest for my child. Attorney Benjamin has an empathetic demeanor, and provided a calm environment in a stressful situation. She was well prepared for any issues that arose, and was by my side every step of the way. The final outcome was a better custody arrangement than expected. Ms. Benjamin is a very professional, extremely knowledgeable and well respected attorney. She genuinely cares about her clients and their families. I highly recommend Attorney Benjamin for all of your Family Law needs.
