Best decision I ever made was hiring this firm. William is genuinely fantastic, honest and caring and he has had the same staff over 25 years qhi h speaks volumes. Amazing experience considering the reason he was hired. I see them as friends and experts in qhat thwy do. They make a horrible experience more safe and grounded, because they're honest and don't play games.

William Benjamin gave me a free consultation by phone where he convinced me my matter was easily handled. At the end of the consultation be pulled the old switcheroo and said his associate was more than capable to handle the matter. I said i preferred him...he said he mentioned the associate in the exact matters. The associate called me and asked me to repeat everything. His evaluation of my situation was completely different from Benjamin's. He then stated he needed to do some research and get back to me. I ended contact at that point. The bait and switch was obvious. I never met with them. I never signed anything. I never verbally agreed to any relationship with them... they have been sending bills to me ever since. I called and spoke with Benjamin...he started to me he would cease and desist all billing and connection efforts, they have not. These scam artists are trying to harass me and I'm sure others to pay for services offered pro bono...a "free consultation".

Mr. Benjamin is honest and forthcoming. In an environment where dishonesty and unscrupulous attorneys are the norm, Mr. Benjamin stands in arena amongst a few. Not only having my child's best interest at heart Mr. Benjamin is knowledgeable on the process and the law. I highly recommend Mr. Benjamin to represent all aspects of family law matters.
