7 years I've struggled with outcome of a child custody case in which Garrett Benner was my attorney. The first time I met him in his office my mother and I noticed a pictured of him shaking hands with Bill Clinton. (Should've notice the red flag from that moment) which my mother thought was cool and worthy of his services. Mr. Benner was happy to take our money and made it seem like he'd definitely fight for me, and help me with my custody case. Granted things rarely go good for a father in family court. But nonetheless I hoped that I'd get what I was seeking which was custody of my kids. The day of court was coming upon us. After my initial meeting with Mr. Benner i never spoke to him until the day of the hearing. I had no idea what to do what to say, I left the custody arrangement entirely in the hands of "my lawyer" (my mistake). To skip the details and get to the point. Mr. Benner didn't do a damn thing for me. He stood quiet most of the hearing, he stood by as the magistrate talk disrespectful towards me, aloud my ex wife to get whatever she asked for, let her lawyer do almost all the talking and negotiating. And when I got fed up of it realizing that I wasted so much money on him, I tried speaking and was immediately shut down by the magistrate. I lost so much that day. The ripple effect of what happen 7 years ago is still painful till this day. I was thinking about it today and realized I never confronted him because what's the point. Well I'm here to warn you now. Maybe it depends on how deep your pockets are, the color of your skin, the mood he's in, the things that may benefit him, or depending on what kind of case he's actually good at, will determine how hard he'll work for you. But he was by far the worst encounter/experience I've had with a lawyer. If 0 stars were available I'd give him a negative.

Paul Bender got my fiancé out of prison after he was falsely accused of assault on an officer in Easton Pa. The video evidence proved he was innocent on that charge. Thank God my son got to be with his father and the news paper article was not true and all true comes to the light! Paul was a shark and truly an amazing attorney. We will never forget what he’s done for my family.

I would 1st like to say this review is to long over due!!!! I was/am in a custody battle for now 17 very long years. I have been through so many attorneys I lost count. I have had my daughters kidnapped wrongfully taken from me from the state given to an abusive father and so much more you have no idea! I moved to Pa. From Florida to get my kids back that were wrongfully given to their father from a judge in Fla. So to make a very long story short when I moved to Pennsylvania In Jan 2020 I hired an Attorney to start to get me at least visitation of my kids who I have not seen in 2 years. She charged me thousands of dollars and did not even file a single sheet of paper. I found Mr. Frank Trovoto because I had a contempt order because I sent my daughters a Halloween card saying be save and I love you along with their costumes. Frank Trovoto was/Is AMAZING within 2 weeks i had visitation of my daughters 3 months later I have 50/50 custody. Mr. Trovoto listens and genuinely cares for you and your children. Mr Trovoto is real and wont tell you what you want to hear he is honest. He his strong in what he fights for and don't give up! Mr Trovoto is understanding and affordable. Keep in mind not every situation will work out the exact same BUT Mr Trovoto will do everything to get you what you want and most importantly get what is best for your family most important your CHILDREN! I highly recommend Frank to anyone looking for a strong well educated and dedicated honest family attorney. BEST OF LUCK TO ALL OF YOU !!!!!!!!!!!!
