Angela Zaikowski is one of the most highly skilled attorneys in Vermont. I have seen her work tirelessly for the rights of landlords in Vermont for many years, including everything from helping my own landlord use an compliant lease form to hearing about her the lobbying at the state house to improve landlord tenant relations. Her educational spotlights on both TV and radio shows I have listened to also illustrate her expertise and knowledge of the field. I hardly ever write reviews, but my experience with Angela Z. has been (and continues to be) outstanding, so I can't keep her all to myself. Her attention to my specific needs as a startup business in VT and needling through my lease was just the beginning. I had trouble with my contractor and electrician during fit-up, and Angela guided me through the process of getting through what could've been rather ugly, with the least cost (emotional and financial). Without her and her consistently sound legal advice, my startup experience would have been excruciating. THANK YOU ANGELA!
