I took my time submitting data and we went back and forth between chapter 7 and chapter 13 several times because of my delays. In the end, she filed a 7 and everything went through without a hitch. I was at first skeptical of using an online attorney but she changed my mind about it and proved that she was worth her 5 star yelp rating! Sanaz and her assistant Chris are great!

Sanaz is an amazing attorney. She was professional, thorough as well as timely in answering all questions. She was cautious with all details and helped me through the entire process definitely recommend her.

To be frank, I couldn't have asked for a better attorney for something as hard to do as file for bankruptcy. Though I am on top of my details, she is so thorough, that if I had been neglectful, her and Chris would of helped keep me on track.

convinced me to file a chapter 13. She then locked me into a high monthly payment of $475.00 for three years. Because I failed to make all the payments on time to the trustee my case was dismissed. I kept telling her $475.00 was too high and not to do it and she did it anyway. She wanted me to file a chapter 13 because she gets give or take about $4000.00 more give or take. She doesn't communicate with you very well and her assistant Chris fails to relay important messages you give him. Now I have I start all over again all because this lady wanted a little extra I her pocket. Because of her I've lost about $3000 give or take...She is a shady person and should not be practicing law! I am filing complaints to the state bar and the attorney general.nnIts been a little over a year since my bankruptcy was charged off due to mrs. Berelianis dishonest business practices and my new lawyer not only confirmed she was being shady in trying to get me to file a chapter 13....but told me i did qualify for a chapter 7. This lawyer will try to get you to file a chapter 13 telling you that you do t qualify for a 7. so she can make more money off you. Im not writing this review only because im upset i got scammed... but because i wish to let others know that she is shady and NOT TO BE TRUSTED! I got set back a year plus because of her! And finally found a trustworthy lawyer who is helping me. Dont be beguiled by this lady!!!! Please!
