I’ve always been leery of lawyers but no more. Mark Andersen and his team have been awesome to work with. Although I lived in Louisiana I found myself in need of a lawyer in Arizona to handle the estate of a family member. Mark walked me through the process every step of the way. Most of my questions, and they were frequent, we’re responded to within an hour or so, even on Sunday! I owned a small restaurant and sought legal advice. Mark and his firm came recommended from a friend, so I signed up. I want to warn everyone right now he ruined me financially with poor legal representation and guarantees of 95% chances of winning. Mark is incredibly nice on the phone, and it probably isn’t his fault personally. However, he assigned a guy named Bill to help on our case and the guy would send us to the wrong place to meet the opposing sides representatives. He couldn’t get the right people to appointments to get the evidence we needed. When we finally begged to settle Bill said “NO” The case was supposed to be a slam dunk, so it was clearly neglected, because we LOST. I went from owning my own home and a restaurant to filing for bankruptcy and over $100,000.00 in legal fees and judgements.

I tried 15 law firms to discuss an estate. This is the one! People are professional, courteous, concerned, and caring. Paul Omerza was great. He immediately tried to put us at ease, asked pertinent questions to get to the meat and potatoes of what we were wanting. He pulled no punches and gave us law facts, even though some we didn't like.
