They pick and choose who they rent to. I was told they couldn't take my income because I'm self employed. I even gave them my tax return. The houses are over priced and in the ghetto. Crackheads gather outside of the homes. Who are you catering to? The ones who can afford the prices aren't going to be interested in the areas. They been finding reasons to turn me down over 3 years.

Would you believe that I've been calling for over six months and not once have I spoke to this woman she's never in the office she's always unavailable.

Down-to-earth people here. The guy i spoke with at the front desk is kind and will gave me the low down on all the houses they rent. Check them out for some good prices in the castle hayne area.
