Greetings to all ???? I would like to share my experience with Attorney Brian Bernard. I had Mr. Bernard saved in my contacts from a relative in jail that asked me to reach out to him (Brian) in June 2024. About 1 month later my son went to jail and the attorney that I initially reached out to wanted to help for the "low-low" price of $7,500 for a Class "A" misdemeanor with an initial payment of $2,500????. I sent Brian a text message wanting to know how much should a misdemeanor charge of that nature cost. I was bracing myself for impact of his response (because I am extra broke????) but his response pleased me. The conversation of the photo is attached???? Brian had my son out within hours. I was relieved because as parents we want our children to do the right thing and be ok. The day was nearing for me to fly out of town for work, so I was pleased and burden lifted. Moving forward to August 2024, my Aunt called me upset and stated her son went to jail and it would cost a lot of money for the bail bonds to get him released. I instantly said "Aunty call Brian, I am sure he can help and have him released the same day for a fair price???? " She said text me his info and I will call him (In her still hurt tone). After my aunty called Brian, she called back telling me how excited she was and I could hear it in her soul???? Then she told me some fun facts about Brian's career from their in person meet (I paid through CashApp???? so we did not meet in person). My aunty kept thanking me. I said Aunty we Thank God for Mr. Brian Bernard. Names to me are very important because what we are called is what we are as well as what we respond to. For example My name is Jacqueline which means "May God Protect Her" and He definitely has throughout my whole entire life???? Brian means: High, Noble, Honor and dignity Bernard means: Brave, Hardy and strong Now look at this fair man walk in his purpose according to who and what he is called.????????????????

Hello, this is Kaelyn Nichelle Thompson, I hired this guy about four years ago and regards of divorcing my ex husband I’ve been trying to contact him and his assistance to please remove your name off my docket because we are trying to go through another attorney to get a divorce. We didn’t make any success with your law firm and we also pay $2500 for nothing. We didn’t even get a court date or anything like that. I’ve been asking you for about two years to remove your name off the docket nicely and please contacted the library and they told me that I can take procedures to get your name removed, but I, I don’t want to put you in a bad position with your reputation. I’m asking if you can give me a call please remove your name off my docket. Also, my mother has been trying to contact you to get your name removed off my docket. Also when we came to your office, my grandmother and I and we sign those documents and we paid you $2000 from my mom‘s money. She has also tried to contact you. Later on that year, I cash out $500 and you still have not proceeded with getting a divorce nor removing your name off my docket and you remember us my grandmother attends Mount Zion with your wife. I’m asking nicely. Can you please remove your name off my docket.

This man is the worst! Charged us $3200 and did NOTHING! We’re still trying to get our money back. I had just lost a son in a car accident the same year we hired him. The one call he took, he was empathetic! After that, I never talked to him again because he blocked me! DO NOT HIRE HIM FOR YOUR LOVED ONE. I promise you he won’t do the work. They need to suspend his license to practice law! -000 ?? for real!

He is a great Lawyer and he handles court cases with such ease. He is definitely a current recommendation and a future recommendation.

How he became an attorney is beyond me? My husband was his client, unbeknownst to me a court hearing was scheduled? My husband was told by his then assistant that I had been notified of court date hearing etc. LIAR I received a postcard in the mail with a case number? I asked a good friend of mine (who's a PI attorney) what did this case #, court hearing card mean. It was FINAL DIVORCE case #, divorce had gone through? Had I had the money, meanness in me I could have had him disbarred! Instead I called my husband he said he had called off the divorce, that we could work it out. My husband had no idea what this man, his assistant had all done behind my husband's back. This was in 2005, we renewed our vows this year celebrating 27 yrs of marriage. Fighting against him and his evil lying tactics, might had a different ending? In all of this good overcame evil. I believe in my heart this is a very sad individual who can't ever amount to anything good not in this life time. At the end he'll have to answer to the Judge that holds his destiny. I hope that enough folks read all of the reviews and stay clear of this man.
