Seek Other Options. Very corporate. Not personalized. Consultations are very compartmentalize. Would not answer questions until the next step and were promoting next steps (as well as cost even for travel) instead of providing consultation. No refunds. Consulted with other firms and other options were far more effective. I feel that they are not the best solution for any immigration services, especially for Latinos since this business caters to their needs (Spanish speaking). I recommend nonprofit organizations nearby where you live. We went to Kalamazoo.

Although the outcome of our case was positive, there were too many instances in which things almost went wrong (e.g. our immigration documents were filed with several spelling and address mistakes, one of our forms had the wrong interview location submitted, etc.). However, it should be noted that Brenda, who assisted us toward the end of our experience, was professional and helpful.
