This law firm is unprofessional and disrespectful. I hired Greg Beyer to set up a business structure. The high price included unlimited consultation for life. During the first 3+ years I consulted him with simple questions maybe 4 times. Each time it was a struggle to get his attention. Recently, I reached out to him with 2 questions (that have been a little time sensitive). It took 3 weeks and 3 "no shows" by him to finally get him on the phone. Mr Beyer got irritated when I expressed my frustration, and unilaterally sent me an email that he will stop servicing me and won't answer my questions any more. This is a flat breach of agreement. I tried now for 2 months to reach out to the office manager and other partners...with no response, no resolution. This is unprofessional, disrespectful, and quite frankly unaccetable. I guess they this it is OK to promise service and charge a lot of money (with a smile), and then ignore, disrespect the customer, and flatly breach their own commitment. Be aware and stay away.

Best attorney in town ! I shopped around in Sacramento to find attorney to protect my assets but couldn’t find anyone until I found Chris . There are few things happened unexpectedly which was sac county’s fault , but they got it all fixed for me ! I was upset about the “mistakes “ but they patiently explained everything to me and resolved all the issues! I’ve been working with them over a year and still working with them right now . Greg Beyer at Beyer, Pongratz and Rosen is the best estate planning lawyer I’ve ever worked with. He is both highly ethical and creative in his approaches to guarding financial assets. He is well versed in the traditional approaches to estate planning like wills and trusts, but helped us to understand the shortcomings these documents have, and the importance of additional legal protection like family limited partnerships, which protect assets from liability and taxes.
