Dubail Judge has always been there for me. I have worked with them for many years. I have had several situations where I have needed there help and they were there for me!! There was an alarm company that starts with a "A". I will not say there name. My old company sold out to them. I had been with the old company for almost ten years. I never had trouble with them. I was not satisfied with the company that bought them out. I expressed my dissatisfaction with this new company. Because I left them they harassed me morning, noon and night! I have a right to express if I am happy or dislike services rendered! DUBAIL JUDGE stepped up for me and after a few letters were sent to this company they left me alone!!!! I don't feel SAFE in this "dog eat dog world" without Dubail Judge. No one is perfect, but at least someone is there to help me watch my back! My granddaughters signed up with them also. They faced a terrible situation and Dubail was there for them also. I thank this Law Firm for there help and will always make room in my budget for them!!

I worked with Dubail some years back and they were great! I was dealing with a mechanical breakdown warranty company who refused to honor the repairs. I reached out to Dubail for help and they did all of the work. After about a month, they finally agreed to pay for 90% of the repairs all thanks to this firm.

If I could give them zero stars I would. I have spoke with two separate attorneys at this law firm. Terrible bedside manner. They were rude, they talked over me and they showed NO CARE for concern. I am highly disappointed. I do not understand why LegalShield continues to use this law firm to be their agent. LegalShield will not get another dime of my money as long as they use sub-par presentation.

I had a situation with a business and needed some legal advise and a letter drawn up. I contacted LegalShield who I have been a member with for 30+ years. Dubail Judge is the law firm that LegalShield uses in Missouri and like others resent reviews, they have not been responsive after one contact from attorney Dennis. I have contacted the law firm directly two times in one week and they tell me they will have Dennis call me and he hasn't. I cannot recommend this law firm and I will be contacting LegalShield with my complaint and concerns with Dubail Judge. Very disappointing. How do you call yourself a law firm if you don't behave professionally and communicate with your clients.

I've used the service for a few years and will be canceling due to very horrible communication when trying to accomplish something before a deadline. The attorney is fully aware of this and keeps pushing things off and not updating me. Do not recommend!
