I cannot thank Mr. Bibee enough for his incredible help with my recent traffic ticket. After losing control of my car due to rain and hitting a guard rail, I was unfairly ticketed for an unsafe lane change. I had an accident on my motorcycle due to conditions of the road, but was given a reckless driving ticket "for failure to maintain my vehicle." Very rude man. I was referred to Wayne Bibee by the Virginia Bar Association. He answered the phone himself which I was surprised because most lawyers have a secretary answer calls. I told him I was surprised by that. I was very polite to this man. I asked him his background as I needed a specific kind of lawyer for habeas corpus. When he told me he was a former prosecutor I told him I wasn't comfortable with that because of my past lawyer being a former prosecutor. He immediately got rude with me told me to call the VA Bar and tell them to give me back my 35 dollars paid for the 30 minutes call. I asked him to please let me explain so he would understand why I felt the way I did so maybe we could work together. As I was trying to explain my case he interrupted me very rudely and told me to get to the point. I spent 5 minutes 5 seconds on the phone with this arrogant man. Then told him to have a blessed day and hung up. I called the Virginia Bar and told the lady what he said and how he acted, she was kind enough to refund me the money. I feel sorry for this man because obviously he has no God in him to behave the way he did and no compassion to understand what I was going through so he lost a possible client but I'm sure he didn't care. It is such a sad world we live in today where lawyers are so arrogant and as corrupt as the prosecutors in the commonwealth. Hopefully he will read this and think twice before hurting another human being and possibly find God.

The review by Botetourt General District Court took a long length of time since the date of speeding ticket violation to dismiss the charges from my speeding ticket violation, but I am pleased that these charges were dismissed.
