Bickers & Bickers

Could not ask for a better experience at the Dentist's. I am new to the Charlottesville area, and was recommended this office by a friend. I do not like going to the dentist. However, from walking into the door to saying goodbye, the staff and people of DJ Bickers made me feel welcomed and comfortable. My dental X-rays were done expertly and quickly, and the dentist gave me a thorough explanation about everything, good and bad, and what could be done about my teeth. After my inspection with the dentist, my dental hygienist cleaned my teeth. It was faster than I thought, and much less painless than I was expecting, which is not my usual experience I've had at previous dental offices. Everyone was very professional. The equipment looked well-kept, and the office was very pleasant. Overall, a great experience and I am glad to have found such a wonderful dental office here in Charlottesville.

So happy I switched to Dr. Bickers for my dental needs! Just had the best dental experience in a long, long time. He is really good at his work, provides high quality service, and makes you feel very comfortable. I trust him implicitly. His entire staff is wonderful.

Wow! It is such a pleasure to be a patient here. My 3 year old son had his first appointment today and saw Dr. Cash and McKenzie. They were absolutely wonderful. Dr Bickers sees my daughter and now she is no longer afraid of the dentist. My husband and I trust Dr. Bickers and his recommendations. Haley is so professional and fun. Thank you!!!!!

I cannot state enough positive comments about the care my mom received by each and every person I came in contact with at DJ Bickers practice. My mother has dementia and experienced an acute dental event that led to her requiring extensive dental procedures over a 5-month period. The dental procedures went well, and although awkward, as dental procedures can be, there was no pain. But equally as important I felt my mother and I were treated with the utmost compassion. Going through multiple dental procedures is never easy but I can't imagine how Dr Bickers and his staff managed to do such excellent work on a patient that at times didn't always understand why or what was happening. Very grateful to have my mom under the care of the team at DJ Bickers. To the Team: Thank-you for your professionalism and your humanity.

Hands down, this is the best dentist office I have ever dealt with. The entire staff is so friendly, I was beyond impressed and so grateful I was able to get in as a new patient. Thank you all for everything! P.S. My mom was right, I should have switched years ago! ;-)
