Chuck Ramsey is the truth. I fought a refusal DUI for almost 2 years with a lawyer who did the bare minimum and encouraged me to plead to the charges. Someone referred me to Chuck and literally within one or two weeks after he took over the case, he got the refusal DUI dropped to a careless driving charge. Chucks reputation precedes him in the courts and I strongly recommend that anyone facing a DUI give him a call.
