Called to see about getting a lawyer. The lady who answered the phone was rude and a smart a$$… simply said I needed to speak to someone about my situation instead of saying ok let me get a little information for you and go from there nicely…. she gonna smart off first thing like she better than someone needless to say I won’t be using them. I wouldn’t even have gave the 1 star but I had to. Your first experience is with the person who answers the phone and she can even be nice and friendly.
Good lawyer reasonable pricing and he actually cares about his clients. He is like family . Great home town lawyer
Great customer service spoke with attorney same day. Higher than other places but you can get some more attentive service with $$$$$&
After my dad passed in February 2023 I Hired Mr. Sink as the estate attorney and for closing of the sale of his house. Started out ok then after the closing of the house sale I got transferred to Mr.Raines. It is now September and every date and time I get told things would be done it never happens!!! Was supposed to file the inventory on 1st of June that didn’t get done till 28 July , but paperwork wasn’t done correctly and now September 4th sill waiting for it to be rectified..been told for 3 weeks it would be done but every time get told when it would be that goes by. Dads will was cut and dry he planned for everything this should not be taking this long and the communication is terrible with this firm.
Raines talked a big game but in the end didn’t show up to court, didn’t file correct paperwork on our behalf like he was supposed to. He did not do the job he was hired to do. The only thing good about this experience is it forced us to find a “real” attorney willing to do the job Raines neglected to do. Unless you are hiring him to push some papers, don’t waste your time or money.
