  Outcome: Pending appeal in the Supreme Court Description: 
  Client charged with rape of a child and the jury found defendant guilty of a lesser included offense of aggravated sexual battery. The case is on appeal in the Virginia Supreme Court because of Miranda issues and the fact that sexual battery should not have been a lesser included offense.
