Bill Siders, Attorney At Law

I'm recenlty the beneficiary of a special needs trust, 62 disabled. When I spoke to Mr. Tice he yelled at me about having no legal obligation to speak to me - the beneficiary. He was incredibly rude and unprofessional. He repeated "Stop interrupting me" over and over any time I tried to ask a question. Why would anyone speak to a disabled woman like that? I wouldn't trust this firm with your family's loved one. He seems to have serious anger issues.

My represented attorney was Bill Siders. I was very specific in what I wanted out of my case, and itwas MORE than in reason. He never argued, fought for, or sternly represented me. He practically cowered and bowed to the defenses attorney and gave in to whatever they wanted. I had substantial proof and could've won my case, but he was more concerned in remaining civil with the other parties attorney and pleasing them, instead of fighting on my side for my case. Needless to say I LOST and now owe him hundreds of dollars, for practically being a stand-by secretary to the other attorney. I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS FIRM IF I WAS EVEN FIGHTING FOR CUSTODY OF A GOLD FISH. BEWARE!!!

Spoke with attorney Bill Siders a few times and he just never seemed interested. He represented someone else I knew and I thought he did well so I wanted to have him represent me as well. After speaking with a few times I called to set up a consultation and as usual he did not seem at all interested but said he had a lot going on and he would call back in a week. I waited a week and a half and heard nothing so I called him back. He wasn't in. I left my name and number and the clerk said he'd call me tomorrow. No call. I called the next day and had the same conversation. Once again, he did not call the next day. I waited a few days, called the office again and he was busy. I left my name and number once again. He actually did call the next day but to tell he was not going to represent me. Of course no valid reason was provided. We had only spoke on the phone and did not have a proper consultation so he had no reason to give. He was never interested, never even acted like it and didn't even have the courtesy to call me back. I found the entire experience very unprofessional. Another thing to note is his limited experience (I believe he's only been licensed about 6 yrs) and also the fact the he is a very small town attorney. Just notes though. Like I said, he never actually represented me.

Attorney Stephen Courtney helped me with my complicated divorce. Very friendly, courteous and gets the job done. I would highly recommend this firm!

I have been dealing with this law firm for some time now. At first it seemed they where getting things done. Now it seems to be more about money than anything. There seems to be no interest in the case at hand or the children involved. I would not even recommend this firm to my ex wife well yes I would.
