When I contacted them to fix the issue, I was told that it would be resolved easily. When it was not resolved, they stopped returning my phone calls!

Mark Billion released my confidential bankruptcy documents to someone with out my permission. When I confronted him about it, he filed an order with the courts to withdraw as my attorney. I wrote a letter to the courts disputing that as I felt he should carry out his obligation of my chapter 13. He contacted me after I reported him to the courts and had me sign documentation that he told me was to straighten everything out however I found out he lied to me and had me sign documentation that allowed him to withdraw as my attorney and now will not help me with anything further. Just a note when you talk to Mark billion and ask him a question you’re not going to get an answer just him talking circles around your question. Very confusing and difficult to deal with. The cheap price that he offers comes with the cheap service he gives. Also I just got a Notice from the IRS saying that I owed money from the time period that Mark was my attorney and that they are going to take my house If I don’t pay . Called Mark to ask about it and now they won’t return my calls.
