I tried for 5 years to get disability and Social security kept denying me. I was in the Hospital and the cardiologist asked me why I wasn't on disability. DO NOT USE THIS FIRM! I was lied to and lead to believe my case would be won despite me being a complex patient with a complex medical history. The wrong diagnoses were used which lead to yet another denial. I can count on one hand the number of times I and my doctor were communicated with about my case. I was always the one to initiate contact and every single time I was given the same answer or an “I don’t know”. They are HIGHLY unprofessional and don’t actually handle your case. Because I relied on their false information, I lost my home. I trusted Charles to help me and he couldn’t even do that. If there was an option to give zero stars, I would. My time was wasted with a firm that didn't want to help me. Charles will also send you a denial letter complete with the refusal to help you with an appeal! HIGHLY disgusted and annoyed that I waited 27 months to find out not every medical record was used. I’ve been disabled since 2005 and my health has drastically gotten worse. You’re better off finding someone else who will ACTUALLY handle your case and not neglect you.
