my mom saw an ad on T.V a couple years ago and called and they got right on my case and they did all they could to help and we won. They called all my doctors to get ALL my medical records. So, this was one of the best decisions my mom could have ever made.

The woman that called me was very nice and very thorough and I definitely want them to handle my case for my son

Bender and Bender represented me in a disability case 4 years ago they file bankruptcy in the middle of representing me they didn't even tell me about filing bankruptcy I got a letter in the mail they never put in an appeal for me as they were supposed to for my disability hearing I ended up having to get another attorney the Deadwood my case within two months I would never trust Bender and Bender to represent me my family my friends they were the worst attorney's office that I have ever dealt with I'm an age of 60 years old they didn't stand behind me and they just walked away from something very important to me they file bankruptcy now I see Bender and Bender reopen the same office in Fort Lauderdale Florida I'm just advising people I don't recommend Bender and Bender good luck to any of you them

I used their firm in 2004 and they managed to get my Disability by 2006. They are fantastic.

As a Law firm they are the Best advocates in their Category.. But they are very hard to reach on the phone.. It's better to go visit office personally and spend the afternoon in Las Olas Blvd.. Enjoy lunch or dinner with friends..
