Jack Birch refuses to respond to multiple calls and emails over a 2 month period. Going to be asking for new representation soon, as he is constantly on vacation or just flat out not responding to messages. Nice guy, not a great lawyer.

Helen went out of her way with a very difficult case back in 2018 for my family. She even got special okay from the judge to work with the other family which was a conflict of intrest. And got the court costs waved for guardianship to family so I would not lose my children to the foster system.

I’m a current paralegal student ????????? attending school in California, and I am in town (SyracuseIN) ran into some trouble with a homework assignment. When I took a long shot and walked into Birch Law Firm Llc , where I was grated by a pleasurable receptionist who listen to my bazar request for guidance and help with a law site (WestLaw) in order to help find specific CA Codes as well as directed me on how to search and filter the content I was looking for. I’m beyond great full for the time taken out of their busy schedule to help me!
