Reviews

My experience at this Law Firm was nothing short of excellent. If you’re looking for an attorney to win your disability case Randy Zromkoski is the attorney for you. Within 2 weeks of my case going before the judge I had a favorable answer in my disability case!!!
Horrible customer service. I called because needed help and advice and was referred to by NELA but was cut off constantly, over talked, and basically told nothing they can do not in their perview... then why was I referred to them for help with my specific need in mind... I recommend not going here Carol the lady I spoke to was rude as well. And when called back after being hung up on wasn't even transfered to person I needed again just told not what we do and hung up.
Betrayed Trust: Advocating for Veterans' Rights and Honoring Our Commitments!! In today's society, it is essential that we safeguard the rights and well-being of our brave men and women who have dedicated their lives to serving their country. Veterans, especially those with disabilities resulting from their service, deserve the utmost respect, support, and adequate representation when seeking VA disability benefits. However, the tale of my encounter with your firm left me disheartened and frustrated. This reply aims to shed light on the challenges faced by me as a combat veterans and the importance of genuine commitment and transparency when dealing with my case. Having legal representation is not just a matter of routine paperwork; it signifies a partnership built on trust, responsibility and a shared goal of advocating for the rights of veterans. When I engaged your firm to handle my VA disability benefits case, I expected the utmost care, efficiency, and dedication in pursuing a successful outcome. Unfortunately, the experience I encountered was far from what one would hope for. Negligence and Lack of Communication: For an entire year, my assigned lawyer failed to procure the necessary paperwork from the VA, leaving it untouched and overlooked in her inner office inbox. During that time, there was no apology, explanation, or effort made by the firm to rectify this oversight or pursue my case further. Ultimately, I received unexpected news that the firm would no longer represent me, leaving me without apparent reason or closure. Following the abrupt termination of my representation, I turned to another organization for assistance. To my astonishment, this organization was able to make significant strides in my case, resulting in a 100% rating increase within less than a year. This instance not only highlighted the shortcomings and indifference of the previous firm(yours) but also showcased the potential positive impact that genuine commitment and effective representation can have on veterans' lives. The Ethical Responsibility of Legal Firms…. It is my duty as a veteran to ensure that other combat veterans are not taken advantage of, as they have already paid an enormous price for their service. Legal firms such as yours must recognize that their actions, or lack thereof, can have a profound impact on veterans' lives. Choosing to represent a veteran creates a bond of trust, dedication, and shared responsibility. By knowingly mishandling, neglecting, or disregarding a case, not only erodes that trust but also undermines the dignity and rights of the veteran. Combat veterans, especially those with disabilities, deserve to have their rights protected and their cases pursued with utmost diligence and care. My unfortunate experience with your firm highlighted the importance of genuine commitment, communication, and transparency in serving those who have served our country. As a society, we must hold organizations accountable for their actions and ensure that our veterans are treated with the respect, dignity, and advocacy they rightfully deserve.
Randy Zromkoski was a fabulous disability attorney. He followed through along with his staff. Randy is a great choice!!
Very knowledgeable about the establishment of a Conservancy District and ongoing operation and requirements. Saved us time, money and allowed us to be fully functional almost immediately.
