Mr. Blackard responded to my email shortly after I sent it. I sent it from the website and was happy to get a response that fast especially being a weekday.

Barry was very caring and helpful in my situation. He was always just an email away and always addressed any concerns I had with myself or with the court. Barry and Mr Brinkmeyer are the greatest! They really do fight for the best possible resolution for their clients, and they are very knowledgeable. When I had to choose a lawyer to represent a family member I was very nervous because I had never had to do that before and I didnt have much time to make this very important decision. I didnt want to get a lawyer that was all about the money. I read Blackard and Brinkmeyer's reviews and even called him to ask questions on the phone, (I basically interviewed him ????). After speaking with Barry on the phone that day I had no doubt that I wanted to hire him. He was just so forthcoming with information, knowledgeable, and honest, but he was also personal yet professional. I didnt feel as though he was just trying to get a paycheck, he genuinely wanted to help. Once we hired Barry he went straight to work. He was always very communicative about what was going on with the case and what to expect moving forward. He made going through this whole process a lot smoother. I highly recommend his services! Not that I personally know a lot of lawyers or anything but I feel like he is one in a million!
