Not that knowledgeable about plumbing. Called with question that was pretty straight forward and the person who answered the phone didn’t know the answer and didn’t even bother to ask anyone at the company!!!! Went to Menards and the person there was nice, cordial and knowledgeable!!! Just go to Menards!!!

As a professional remodeler Ferguson makes my life easier; they work with me with all my clients. They have an incredible selection on their showroom floor and the staff is amazing - they are all extremely knowledgeable about product and it is easy to see that they enjoy what they do.

Jamie was great and knew the system well so my day wasn't slowed down.

Service was sub par. Doubt even look up the part I needed. Don't waste your time here business owners.

A joke closed on the weekends. Cause your furnace will only breakdown on a week day.
