Edited x2 and revisednnI emailed the police department about a formal complaint i would like to make. With no online feedback/complaint process the Bloomington PD requires a visit to the police department and a meeting with a Sargent to receive the actual complaint paperwork(this is just for the paperwork). They had to call the Sargent to come in from his beat on the street and come in to hand me the paperwork.nI have waited ......and waited. Had to leave. I still have yet to make the complaint. I will be making a further complaint to the chief of police about the complaint process. This is awesome. Is a feedback process suppose to be easy or difficult to utilize? This should be a tool for the police nn Swat teams, excessive surveillance, assault rifles, unmarked police cars..... all with my tax dollars. nAll this but when i contact them to make a report i get nothing. nReview #2 police officer with badge #___ is no fit to be a officer. Interactions with this man were driven by his authority and dominance. I made a formal complaint to the police department and there has been no follow up.

Does this police department escort all criminals back to work on the tax payer dime, guard their dental practices? Does this only apply to entitled rich citizens?
