Everyone at Kans was always polite, professional and responsive to my many questions. Pam kept me up to date on all my hearings and drivers license status. Robert the attorney who handled my case answered all my questions even though I probably asked him at least twice maybe three times. This was my first time facing the legal system and went in thinking that a lawyer was a get out of jail free card.... and turns out it isn't. That being said I can't imagine going thru the process without a lawyer by your side. In the end Robert was able to get me a plea deal that mitigated the negative consequences that were most important to me. I hope to never have to use Kans again but if your in need of a law firm I highly recommend them.

I have used Kan's Law Firm now for a couple incidents and have been very happy with the outcome. Doug is an extremely down to earth guy and easy to work with. What differentiates Doug from attorneys I have had in the past is how well he is connected and respected. He has great relationships with the other legal parties (ex. prosecutors, judges, probation etc.). He has been around awhile to establish those relationships and it shows. In 2016, due to family conflict, I was charged by domestic abuse. I was in a work permit visa, I supposed to leave the country without job and my kids. Mr. Doug Kans took care of my criminal case and handled it well and came up with a result of "no conviction" and one year of continuance dismissal. Due to that I did not lose my job and my kids. He is the excellent and best lawyer in MN, well respected by Judges and Attorneys. He is a humble, polite, very knowledgeable, God fearing and man of excellence. He explained and walked through all necessary information while he handled my case. I can say, God sent him as an Angel in my life to come out of my criminal case with "No Conviction". He delivered the out come what he promised to do, he is a man of his word. The entire firm is having awesome staff members to handle the calls, responses, necessary advice and they will help extremely well. I can strongly recommends any Christian church members or folks from India working here, if you have any legal issues, Just call Kans law firm.
