In my opinion, this guy is a bad lawyer and worse person. He represented me and was completely unprepared for a hearing. He is incompetent- he did not know how to ask proper questions and tried to use his assistant as an expert. Then, after the garbage hearing., he had nerve to sexually harass me, and when I turned him down he screwed up my case. He would not respond to the Commission Lawyer for weeks, and ended up getting ME sanctioned. When I asked him several times why he ignored the commission lawyer he refused to answer and instead insisted on knowing what I was doing over a weekend when he called me manically all hours of the night. I HAD TO BLOCK HIM. I paid him several thousand dollars and he cost me more money in sanctions. Did he care? No. His response was to insult and defame me over multiple (also manic) Email messages. He also tried to jack up the costs with stupid, baseless, motions. This man doesn't learn his lesson, he was disbarred based on a complaint by another client, and from what I've read, I had similar issues PLUS sexual harassment. I believe he should have stayed disbarred, he is an incompetent and disgusting old man who will take your money and try to tank your case if you turn him down.

Mr. Bennett is an incredible advocate with the experience and relationships necessary to ensure you rest easy at night. I was hesitant to hire an attorney for something I could have technically taken care of myself but I'm immensely thankful I was able to hire Mr. Bennett to take over my case and bring it a satisfactory resolution almost immediately.

Very knowing and personally friendly man. Highly reccomend if you have questions regarding a professional licensure issue.
