Bobbitt Law Firm

This is the 2nd time I hire a lawyer for a traffic ticket. Worst place to go... Actually they were never available for the day I was off from work. I paid "law firm" close to $200 & they promise they were going to work on my case. I had to be calling them because they can't call nor send a letter of how your case is going. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND... This law office, they are also Non organized.n(Kennedy & Kennedy) is the best!

Lawyer hasn't called me in 6 months, I've been calling him everyday, I told my grandmother about this (which shes well aware of the court system), and she decides to look my lawyer up, turns out hes not even a licenced lawyer, horrible staff! Argued with me over the phone. I'm trying to go on active duty and these inhumane people are the only ones in my way.

HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND BOBITTLAW OFFICE. nnI have been trying to get a hold of them for an update on my case. It's been since 5/29/2018 today is 07/17/2018 still can't get a hold of anyone. I had to call The court house myself to see for a reschedule date. nnI paid for the Bobbitt 5/29 and 2 weeks later got a letter in the mail stating I was gonna be issued a warrant for my arrest because I failed to handle anything. I thought lawyers were suppose to step in on your behalf ? Come to find out , they never contacted the court after I paid them about $200 I have to go up to the office myself to see what was going on. WASTE OF TIME . WORST LAWFIRM EVER - DO NOT WASTE TIME NOR MONEY FOR THIS PLACE ! nI CAN NOT WAIT FOR ALL THIS TO BE OVER WITH WORST STAFF/ CUSTOMET SERVICE EVER ! nnUPDATE U0001f6a8nnToday is 9/25/2018 &' I got a letter dated 9/13/2018 from Bobbitt law stating I owe the court $170 before 07/10/2018 almost 2 months later I got an update I Thought my court date was 09/11/2018 but apparently I was wrong... what do I do know ??? WTH ???

I forgot to pay a settlement for one of my traffic tickets about 6 years ago. Jocelyn Rivera was more than helpful and knowledgable. She was able to quickly find the information and also emailed the information to me that I needed right away. Thank You Jocelyn R.!

The Absolute worst representation that I've ever had. Wendy Hernandez is an outright liar. When I asked why should I hire Bobbit? Her response, " We will get your ticket dismissed! We have a 99.99% success rate, we will get it dismissed". I said that my ticket is for speeding and it is beyond the threshold for deferred probation and defensive driving, does that matter? Her response was, "No, we will handle it. You won't have to appear or pay court fees, fines, or any Additional cost"nnRight after hiring Bobbit, n1. I received a notice for a warrant for my arrest! , missed a court date, No representation.nn2. On my next court date my lawyer, not Bobbit himself but a legal aid from the office, had already rescheduled me for another time and didn't bother to notify me. I wasted day of work time, parking fees, hassle etc. nn3. My stand-in lawyer informs me that I was speeding beyond the threshold of being able to get any relief from the courts. But Wendy assured me that didn't matter. nn4. I was sent notice to appear (which I was told would not happen) nn5. My $310 ticket that wasn't supposed to be on my record is on my record, I was out 3 days of work, wasted time and money and with Bobbit's fee it only cost me $439. nnSo if like being lied to, wasting time and money, getting no relief of any kind then give the Bobbit Law firm a call. If you happen to read this Bobbit, I would certainly like a full refund!
