This was the first time closing at this law office selected by the other party to the real estate transaction. It was a really quiet closing of primarily signing paperwork. I am acquainted with professional relationships being developed at the table and other conversation to make all parties feel comfortable. It was very cut and dry closing with minimal small talk.

I have used both Charles and Jeff for several years for both real estate closings and business litigation. Very rarely will you find legal counsel that will represent you with such passion and commitment to their clients. Their expertise and integrity is impeccable and I would highly recommend them.

I hired this law firm for a property line dispute. I do not recommend this firm if you require litigation. I feel that I was not adequately represented. Matt Padgett was originally assigned to my case and in the middle of litigation, he took another position and I was not informed until much later. None of the parties involved ( info provided by me) were contacted and more deference was given to the opposing counsel. Thousands of dollars later, I was left with a messed up property line!
